Welcome to another CrunchTime with D preview. As you know, before I contact a restaurant for a formal review, I like to scope out the joint to play the role of a secret shopper. This time, I visited Ocean235 in Easton, PA, for a business meeting. Ocean235 a purveyor of fine American dining.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
During my visit, I had the opportunity to try the Swordfish Steak! What you see here is a Potato, Crab & Artichoke Croquette with Spinach, and Saffron Beurre Blanc (a fancy french white butter sauce). Let me tell you: this dish was outstanding, very well balanced, and absolutely #DLicous! The swordfish was pan-seared to perfection, I couldn’t stop eating it! I was also very satisfied with the generous portions! Notice the impromptu video of me enjoying it. Yeah, Man!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
My business clients – who had driven several hours to meet in the Lehigh Valley – had amazing dishes of their own, a Crispy Salmon with Fingerling Potatoes, Asparagus, Mustard Beurre Blanc\u2026and a custom made special, not on the menu. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Shout out to the staff of Ocean235 for providing an enjoyable experience! Well done! This restaurant will get my official #pictureworthy hashtag. I hope to visit you soon for a formal review. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
