I plated a couple of these bad boys with some amazing rice that he&#8217;d cooked up as well.\u00a0 Then I had to put them to the test!\u00a0Check out the video of me going in for the kill!\u00a0These ribs were tender, had a great Caribbean flare, and were delicious!\u00a0 Edison, you killed it, man!\u00a0 You get my official #pictureworthy hashtag.
