Hello, and welcome to an abbreviated episode of CrunchTime with D. As you know, I typically review restaurants, but I also like to cook. Obviously, that means I enjoy eating.
Well, Last week, I had the opportunity to enjoy some homemade barbeque ribs from my friend Edison, who is from Trinidad. Man, was I in for a treat! Just look at these ribs as they glisten right before your eyes! I plated a couple of these bad boys with some amazing rice that he’d cooked up as well. Then I had to put them to the test! Check out the video of me going in for the kill! These ribs were tender, had a great Caribbean flare, and were delicious! Edison, you killed it, man! You get my official #pictureworthy hashtag.
